Mercado Medic AB is certified according to SS-EN ISO 9001 since 2003 06 16

Today we can use the system in a form of a powerful tool to improve our quality work and our products in order to meet the demands of our customers regarding delivery precision (time and quality) as well as prompt handling of possible complaints and inquiries.

Measures for improving the quality 2012

  • Delivery precision is in 2012, again at least 95%
  • 95% of all reported deviations will be closed in appointed time.

Mercado Medic AB will market and supply products and services of a quality that fully corresponds with the demands and expectations of our customers. The quality of our products will be continuously ensured through a systemized guarantee of quality, a well-trained staff that is aware of quality's importance and a good working-environment.
All co-workers are responsible for their jobs so that it will satisfy the demands of our customers. No matter how successful we are in Mercado Medic AB, there will always be a reason for improvement.
 


 

ACTIVE ENVIRONMENTAL WORK


Mercado Medic became environmentally very active in autumn 2001. The main goal was to identify the influence Mercado Medic has on the surrounding environment and to build a strong bases for our continuous work for a smallest possible influence on the environment.
Mercado Medic AB is certified according to the ISO 14001 since 2003 06 16.

Measures for environmental improvement during 2012

  • Goal 1: In 2012 the number of driven kilometers/chair within Sweden shall decline by 3% compared to 2011.
  • Goal 2: Implement a new waste fraction for steel.


Mercado Medic AB is working continuously to minimize environmental impact with respect to both the external environment as the work environment. All environmental impacts from production of input materials to the scrapping of obsolete products are covered by our environmental work. This includes the transport company can influence. Significant environmental aspects must be considered as early as the conceptual and design stage.
