Mercado Medic AB is certified according to SS-EN ISO 9001 since 2003 06 16

Today we can use the system in a form of a powerful tool to improve our quality work and our products in order to meet the demands of our customers regarding delivery precision (time and quality) as well as prompt handling of possible complaints and inquieries.

Measures for improving the quality during 2003/2004.

New system for handling deviations. In order to improve the handling of different deviations and complaints the DIGREDI system has been installed.

Improved delivery precision. The working process and its routines have been overlooked in order to manage successfully the periods of vacations with a maintained delivery precision.

Assessment of suppliers. The routines and criteria on assessing our suppliers have been updated and the demands set to our suppliers have been lifted.

Active enviromental work

Mercado Medic became enviromentally very active in autumn 2001. The main goal was to identify the influence Mercado Medic has on the surrounding enviroment and to build a strong bases for our continuous work for a smallest possible influence on the enviroment.
Mercado Medic AB is certified according to the ISO 14001 since 2003 06 16.

Measures for enviromental improvement during 2003/2004.

Transportation. The company's transportation's influence on the enviroment will be minimized through co-ordination and more effective planning.

The chrome will be eliminated. All the chrome in the company's products will be eliminated as our aim is to supply our customers with absolutely chrome-free products.

The whole staff has received an enviromental training. All our employees have attended a basic course on enviromental issues.

All enviromental influence, starting from the incoming materials and finishing with the scrapping down of worn-out products, is included in our enviromental activity. This also includes all transportation that our company can possibly influence.

These substantial enviromental aspects must be considered already on the idea and construction level. We let the laws and regulations determine the minimum level of our enviromental work.
